VISION. The vision of CityChurch is the spiritual, social, and cultural renewal of Fort Lauderdale through a movement of the Gospel first in us and then in our city. We envision: 1) Countless stories both of people coming to trust in the work of Jesus for the first time, as well as stories of people growing in their awareness, and appreciation of what he has done, 2) a more just and merciful city as the Gospel works in and through us, and 3) people everywhere thinking in a distinctly christian way about their work and the arts in order to use their influence for the common good of the city.

MISSION. The mission of CityChurch is to involve ourselves in the mission of God to “make all things new” (Revelation 21:5). We will do this 1) as we worship God and invite others to join us, 2) as we partner with existing social organizations and create new ministries and services that help contribute in making Fort Lauderdale a more just and merciful city, and 3) as we equip and mobilize people – wherever they are sent to bring about Gospel transformation for the common good.
