CityKids exists to help children see Jesus and to come alongside parents to make Him known in the home.

"We accomplish this through offering a fun, interactive, and safe environment on Sundays for children to learn the Gospel in easily understandable ways; and by offering parents resources, coaching, and courses to bring the reality of Jesus into the daily lives of their kids."

What is offered at CityKids on Sunday mornings?

There are three different ministries of CityKids that takes place each Sunday:

1. Nursery, for children ages 0 – 24 months (Check-In opens at 11am)

The nursery provides a safe place for young children to play and be cared for while their parents are engaged in the service.

2. Preschool, for children ages 2 (PreK Check-In opens at 11am)

The Preschool room provides a safe space for toddlers to play and learn the basics of God’s love for them through the Show Me Jesus curriculum and the First Catechism.

3. Elementary, for children ages K – 5th grade (dismissed during Passing of Peace each service)

In Elementary, our staff teaches through the Show Me Jesus curriculum and First Catechism while the children engage in a creative activities.

Will my child be safe?

Your child’s safety is of huge importance to us. Our CityKids staff and all volunteers have undergone thorough background checks, policy training and child safety courses. Parents of each child will be alerted via text if they are needed for any reason. Policy handbooks are available at the check in table each Sunday.

Why is there no Children’s Church during the sermon on the last Sunday of every month?

In an effort to prepare our children for corporate worship, the Elementary class is not held on the last Sunday of the month. On these Sundays, we encourage families to worship together, a children’s bulletin is available at the check in desk before the service.

Quiet Room

There is a quiet room available for feeding located in the nursery. Please speak with the check-in attendant for additional information.
